Supplementary modules (AWEs) on entrepreneurship and start-ups

How do successful entrepreneurs think and act? Is there perhaps a business idea in my practical project? To find answers to these questions, you can choose from one of four "Business" supplementary modules in the next semester:

  1. How can I become an entrepreneur without studying business?
  2. Business Design - conducted by Service Innovation Labs (note: first session before the start of the teaching period)
  3. Start-up planning simulations
  4. My business plan - learning by doing for everyone with a specific idea
You can register from 18 September via the LSF.

Out into the world: turning car tyres into fashion and education

Fashionable handbags, rucksacks and wallets made from used car tyres and bicycle inner tubes? While it may sound strange at first, this is the ingenious idea behind the fashion label "Off Track Accessories". It is currently being operated by fashion designers Anna-Maria Wittmann and Daniela Schmitz in the Cambodian capital of Siem Reap. The proceeds from the project go to the "Khmer for Khmer Organisation" (KKO) which enables children to get a school education and offers vocational training for adults.
