What businesses think and what young people want

Society and technology - and above digitalisation - are creating new worlds of work. Businesses are responding with innovative company approaches (e.g. agile management) and new work concepts (e.g. crowdworking). The question is whether young people really want these developments. Researchers at HTW Berlin are currently conducting a market analysis project on this subject. Their goal is to identify any differences between developments in the business world and what the young generation really wants. They then hope to be able to develop appropriate solutions. Your input is needed! (in German) The results of the survey will be sent to participants as a PDF file.
