Till 05.02.2018: Re-registration for the summer semester

Please pay the semester fee for the coming semester by 05.02.2018. If you are late and only re-register by 01.03.2018, you will have to pay a late penalty fee. More information

Please remember to validate your student card for the new semester.

Your enrolment certificate for the next semester can be accessed on the LSF, as soon as your re-registration fee has been received by HTW Berlin.

University ranking: 5 study programmes score top places

HTW Berlin has done extremely well in the latest university ranking published by WirtschaftsWoche, the German weekly business news magazine. HTW Berlin's Business Engineering and Administration study programme and Business Computing study programme were both ranked among the top 3 for their subject. Our Business Administration study programme was ranked in 4th place, Mechanical Engineering in 5th place and Computer Science in 6th place.
 
 
 

 

 

Learn languages during the holidays

If you'd like to improve your language skills during the non-teaching period, you can sign up for intensive courses in English, French, Spanish or Russian.

9. Career Service Winter University

"Discover your strengths - identify your skills - set your career goals!" - this is the goal of the 9th Winter University organised by the Career Service at HTW Berlin (in German) from 6 to 9 March 2018. Take advantage of this three-day workshop to see where you currently stand with your career, identify your individual skills and prioritise your goals for an internship or your first job.

 
 
 

 

 

Got a business idea? Come to the start-up lab!

If you'd like to learn how to develop a business idea in a customer-centred, future-oriented and economical way or want a fresh perspective for your product idea, then don't miss the free workshop programme offered by the Start-up Competence Centre from 21 to 27 February 2018. English-speaking participants are welcome.

 
 
 

 

 

Money for a start-up? Come and have your business ideas checked!

If you have an innovative idea and want to start a business, you can apply for support of up to 72,000 euros, free work space, coaching and much more through the Berlin Start-up Scholarship programme. Sounds interesting? Then come to the Idea Check offered by the Start-up Competence Centre on 13 February 2018 and find out if your idea is eligible for a scholarship! There is no need to register in advance.

Scholarships for internships abroad

Would you like to do your internship in a different country? The International Office at HTW Berlin currently supports internships abroad with 600 euros. Interested? Then apply online now. Full details about the ERASMUS and PROMOS programmes can be found on the website of the International Office.
 
 
 

 

 

DAAD funding to enable international students to complete their studies

International students who are writing their degree thesis in the coming semester can apply for funding from the DAAD under the "Studienabschluss-Stipendium" programme. More information
